Mount Riley Wines

The Pacific Ocean moderate’s temperatures on the vineyard surrounding our winery and cellar door. Soils are silt loam soil and low vigor so the block is cropped at moderate yields and it’s always one of the first blocks harvested each year. Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are grown on this site.

We also work closely with a selected group of independent growers. They are chosen not only for their ability to produce great fruit for us, but also because we believe their vineyard sites add something special to our wines. Blending from multiple vineyard sites gives us the opportunity to create wines of greater complexity making them more interesting for you to drink.
