Viña Aromo

Viña Aromo is a family-owned winery located in the heart of Maule Valley, Chile. With more than 100 years in the wine industry, the work of three generations has allowed the winery to have an international presence.

The combination of simple processes and the best team has allowed Viña Aromo to create excellent wines with unique character.

Viña Aromo was founded in 1922 by Don Víctor Henríquez Solar, who produced his own artisan wines.

Over time, his efforts paid off, and later the entrepreneurial vision of his sons, Manuel and Arturo, led them to innovate and modernize.

The winery has more than 320 hectares divided into 4 fields within the Maule Valley, which is located in the southern part of Chile's Central Valley, between the Andes Mountains and the Chilean Coast Range. The valley is characterized by a unique diversity of soil types and microclimates, which is why Viña Aromo can produce a wide range of wines from different grape varieties.

Viña Aromo’s expressive and innovative wines reflect the excellence of their winemaking team, which is led by chief winemaker, Jimena Egaña. Egaña recently received a winemaking merit award from her Chilean counterparts.

Viña Aromo produces wines with a sense of origin that reflect the essence of the Maule Valley.
